| | EDUCATION/TRAINING: | Currently attend UCI taking courses in negotiating and conflict resolutions. Will obtain a certficate in 2009. To stay on the pulse of the real estate market, Elizabeth is continually taking courses at the South Orange County Association Of Realtors. Courses geared to stay current with new tax laws, new rules & regulations, new technology and is currently working towards her Broker License. She attends weekly meetings at Coldwell Banker Realty to discuss a full range of specialized areas like contract negotiation, conflict resolution, financial and legal issues, market fluctuations, demographic and cultural factors and state-of-the-art marketing trends in the industry.

| | COMMUNITY SERVICE | Serves in Hope-Builders, a non-profit organization fixing homes for the poor and needy, in Orange County. She uses her interior decorating abilities and creates incredible home makeovers. (Just like those you've seen on TV). She teaches 5th/6th grade Sunday School and volunteers for C.A.N.-rescue and relief for local animals. She also volunteers for various charities to support the community: Miracles in Motion: Helping poor and needy families in a hotel in Costa Mesa. Lighthouse Ministries: helping the poor and needy in Orange County.
