To stay on the pulse of the real estate market, I am continually taking courses at the South Orange County Association Of Realtors. Courses geared to stay current with new tax laws, new rules & regulations and cutting edge technology. I attend regular meetings and monthly webinars to discuss a full range of specialized areas like contract negotiation, conflict resolution, financial and legal issues, market fluctuations, demographic and cultural factors and state-of-the-art marketing trends in the industry.
Attended UCI in 2009 for Conflict Resolution and Negotiation and became a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) in March 2011.
2010 was Certified as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR)
Certified California Notary.
Currently studying for my Brokers License.
